Terms of service

The service

MH Visibility, a service of LAVORO DURO LLC, provides local and AI search visibility work for mobile home industry businesses: Google Business Profile management, listing corrections, structured data, a dedicated microsite, and automated daily posting and monitoring.

Pricing

The service is $500 per month, month to month, or $4,800 for a prepaid year. Prepaid annual service renews at $3,600 per year. Month-to-month service can be canceled any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

Profile access

Delivering the service requires manager access to your Google Business Profile through our registered agency organization. You add us, and you can remove us at any time. Without that access we cannot deliver the work, and onboarding cannot complete.

What we don't promise

Search platforms rank results by their own rules, which change. We commit to the work — the overhaul, the fixes, the daily posts, the monitoring — and we track results openly. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, a specific number of leads, or specific revenue. Anyone who guarantees you a #1 spot is lying to you.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LAVORO DURO LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
